Contact requests and property assessment
Clicking ‘Send contact request & continue’ sends your name, email, phone number and selected service and asks us to contact you. We receive this request even if you do not complete the remaining steps. Further property details, amenities, personal use and any map location are sent only on final submission. We process these details to answer your request and prepare a potential agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Requests on behalf of others are handled based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are needed for the relevant step; you can alternatively contact us by email. Please do not include sensitive data in free text. The form does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and technical processing
Requests are sent to info@onkentours.de and handled by Onken Tours Norge AS using Outlook. The website and its SMTP sending service are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. Hosting and email providers process data necessary for operation and delivery. The web server processes connection data such as IP address, time and requested URL for operation and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The website does not maintain a separate database of form contents. Abuse protection uses an IP address hash and timestamps; this is not guaranteed anonymisation.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in an agreement are retained only as long as necessary for their specific handling, for no more than 24 months from receipt. This is a maximum, not a standard retention period: data is deleted sooner when the enquiry is resolved or further processing is no longer necessary. Continued need must be reviewed regularly for longer consultations. An agreement, legal retention obligation or need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may require separate retention periods. Newsletter data must be handled separately.
Cookies, fonts and maps
The form uses the necessary session cookie rauma_enquiry to protect against forged requests and duplicate submissions. It is configured as a session cookie. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded locally. An explicitly started address search sends your query and IP address to Kartverket. Opening the map or selecting a result sends technical connection data, including IP address and map area, to OpenStreetMap. These services support the requested location selection based on our legitimate interest in this optional function (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Manual address entry remains available. Newsletters
Submitting a property enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Newsletter registration is not part of this form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it for future processing. Contact info@onkentours.de. You may complain to the Norwegian authority Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no) or another competent supervisory authority.
Non-binding enquiry
Submitting this form does not conclude a rental or management agreement. Calculator figures are estimates. Services, costs, commission and any Full Care arrangement are specified in an individual offer and agreement.
